Subject: Partner with United Colors of Cancer to Amplify 1,000 Cancer Voices

Dear Friend,

My name is Bikira Radcliffe, Founder and Chief Empowerment Officer of United Colors of Cancer, a Riverside-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit advancing cancer equity for underserved communities.

I am reaching out because your organization is a valued part of our community.

This summer, we are launching the 1,000 Voices Campaign, a national initiative to collect 1,000 stories and survey responses from cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, and loved ones. These voices will help identify barriers to care, uncover disparities, and inform future programs, research, and advocacy that improve cancer outcomes.

We are inviting a select group of local businesses and community organizations to become early sponsors of this campaign.

A sponsorship of $500, $1,000, $2,500, or more would help us reach more patients and families, expand awareness of the State of BIPOC Cancer Survey, and ensure underrepresented cancer voices are heard.

As a sponsor, your organization will receive recognition on our campaign website, social media, and campaign materials.

Learn more at www.1000voices.unitedcolorsofcancer.org.

Would you be open to a 15-minute conversation next week to discuss becoming a sponsor?

Thank you for considering this request and for all you do to support our community.

Warm regards,
Bikira Radcliffe

Follow-up Email

Subject: Following Up: 1,000 Voices Campaign Sponsorship

Dear Friend,

I wanted to follow up on my note about the 1,000 Voices Campaign from United Colors of Cancer.

We are currently inviting local businesses and community partners to help amplify the voices of cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, and families whose experiences are often left out of the data that shapes care.

Would you be open to a brief conversation about becoming a sponsor at the $500, $1,000, or $2,500 level?

Learn more at www.1000voices.unitedcolorsofcancer.org.

Thank you again for your time and consideration.

Warm regards,
Bikira Radcliffe
